While looking at several country properties with our daughter and son-in-law, I tend to wander around snapping photos to sketch later. These sheep lived next door to one of the places they decided was not right for them. They watched every move I made but didn’t seem too concerned.

DeleteWe looked at the 7 acre property next door last November (still on the market today). The existing in-law house was little more than a 2-room bunk house with no hot water and the house not much — while Bill and the kids were discussing the property, I wandered off to sketch the sheep next door and the barn I thought was so cute.
Then a couple of weeks ago, this property went on the market — we put in an offer right after viewing it.
So I sketched what I thought was a cute barn only to find us 7 months later planning on turning this same barn (which they have since painted red) into our house and woodshop.
