ReplyDeleteIn Bill’s opinion, have more fountain pens than I need (10 besides this one, plus 2 in the drawer that I never use), so for him to give me another one — especially as expensive as this one runs — is amazing!
DeleteOf course, I have learned to not remind him of how many clamps he has in his woodshop and he says he needs more!
I alternate between my Falcon and my Lamy Joy with gold nib for my sketching. If I had to pick one, though, it would be my Falcon. That nib is just SO responsive. That nib allows more of my creative energy to hit the page, for better or worse. I'm tickled you have the same take on it!
ReplyDeleteI have been so tempted to get a gold nib for one of my Lamy’s but never did. Now I’m thinking the Falcon is a whole lot better investment!
