I wanted to draw something, but I’m supposed to stay sitting with my legs elevated — so I drew the tube of pain-killing cream. I apparently twisted my knee, spraining the muscle. Also fighting a bit of edema, hence the elevated legs, but that sometimes comes with age.
I prefer using Tiger Balm for aches but my silly cat, Bardie, loves the fragrance so much that he won’t stop trying to lick it off! So I only use it at night — then hide under the covers! 😾

Vicky, Love your art , I have your blog bookmarked and enjoy your drawings and the comments that go with them. I'm a 75 year old and just recently learned about Tiger Balm from a neighbor, I used it during a bout of bronchitis, now I will have to try it on my achey bones!

DeleteI love how Tiger Balm not only helps with my achy hands (tendonitis) but also helps me breathe better (seasonal allergies) at the same time! Breathing its pleasant fragrance even helps me cough less -- I'm glad to hear it also helps with bronchitis.
If only my cat would not try to lick it off -- he prefers it over catnip and can smell it 2 rooms away!
