results . . . or not

Yesterday, I sketched this while waiting in the neurosurgeon's office at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. After extensive new tests, this second neurosurgeon found no indication for further surgery to correct Bill's damaged nerve. Pain management was suggested; we already went that route and it did not help at all. The nerve may possibly heal over time, it may not. Bill's feeling pretty down at the moment.

We are trusting the Lord to have better answers.

    1. Yes we have, but it is expensive and not covered by medi-care. We're retired on a fixed income.

  3. My heart is saddened to hear this Vicky. Bill must be beyond disappointed and grieved. I continue to pray for you both that as God is no doubt unveiling His divine plan, and until He reveals it to you, that He is flood your mind with thoughts of His sovereignty, faithfulness, goodness, mercy and love, fill your hearts to overflowing with gratitude for the blessings He has already bestowed and bestow immeasurable grace for the days ahead. All my love.

  4. I'm sure you already know this. You and Bill have been living this truth. Just a reminder:
